Herp Shows

We all know that I live in North Dakota. I am wondering if there are ever any shows in Fargo, Bismarck, Minneapolis, Omaha, South Dakota, or Montana. Yeah I know I probably just listed for of the most unpopular snake states in the union. I would just like to make it out to a show sometime with my kids. My wife might even come too.

I have also been looking all over the net for a web site that lists everything by locations. Some times I get to travel a bit and would be willing to go a little further.

How far is too far?

Well Omaha is 725 miles from here. That is 10 hrs and 45 min in a Hemi with 3 screaming kids, one barking wife and a dog. I might have got those mixed up a little. Minneapolis is even closer and that might just be me and the kids. Booking a hotel for a night or two isnt even really a problem. My sis-in-law lives in Omamha so I can stay thenight there real easy. I would just like to see some one build a sort of super site for all shows.

Hmm, I build web sites and have a huge server at my disposal. I would need $8.95 for a URL and a little time daily to do site updates.

Well I did it. I bought the URL and will have the page up with in a week. I am sure a lot of people will use it and love it. It will not have forums so it wont be a competing site.

we're saving our pennies and taking the kids to daytona this year. we're also going to spend a few days in disney before the show. daytona is a great show and you and you would get to me alot of breeders and see all kinds of stuff, great deals too!

Well Daytona is a little far for us to drive and flying is out of the question.

I hopeto have my site up with in a week. I am going to add a user submission page so people can post anything I miss. I am even going to try to advertise on some of the other larger herp sites.
