    Respritory infection!

I need help! One of my freinds has a snake that I think has a respritory infection and he doesn't have the cash to take it to the vet and get him fixed is there any store bought supplements that we could give him.

the meds for a RI are prescription only. he really needs a vet to check him out. keep him warm and dry and get to a vet. if you can't do the vet, you may want to look at a rescue or someone that can provide the medical attention. that's in the best interest of the animal.

As well as the great advice from Vaughn you might want to start making some calls. Vet clinics, humane societies or reptile rescues may offer help for lower income pet owners to get emergency medical attention. If nothing else they may be able to refer your friend to someone that can help this snake or take it if he can not afford it's medical care.

    Re: Respritory infection!

Yea I called some vets and got some estimates I just have to wait till my freind gets home from work to give him the numbers and stuff and who knows it might not be a respritory infection maybe something else but im still gonna advise him to take the snake to the vet.
