    Turf or wood substrate

    Right now im using wood chips, not shredded, and to avoid mites and such i was thinking of switching to turf. Would i be able to do this, would it affect myh BP.

    Turf can be used with some success, but it's very hard to disinfect and keep clean. I would suggest aspen shavings, or newspaper.
