Can you keep hatchlings in the same tubs up to a year?

I'm looking for my first hatchling rack in preperation for my first clutch, I've been looking at a couple options from LP racks. I haven't used racks before so I'm uncertain which ones to get.
I'd prefer to only get one size tub and keep the babies in those until they're sold(thinking up to a year). Is this possible?

If so, could this one work? About how long would it take for the babies to outgrow these tubs? https://lpracks.com/shop/lp3-lp10dob-c5-1row-1270p.html
(22x10x4 inches tubs) It's the only reasonable pre-built rack in my price range.

Or should I go for these loose ones and build my own rack? https://lpracks.com/shop/lp20-tub-1100p.html
    (22x18x6 inches)

Or would another size be more suitable.
    Any advice would be appreciated.
