Ultratherm vs Fluker's - Basically the same thing?

I'm looking to purchase an 11x17 Ultratherm UTH but they seem to be out of stock pretty much everywhere. I think I've read on this forum that the Fluker's are pretty much the same type/material. Can anybody confirm?

I don't use either one, but I agree, they look the same other than the color of where the cord attaches to the mat- but it seems likely that Flukers is made by Ultratherm & just puts their name on the product.
