    Post plug in vapors

hello, I was wondering if it would be bad for my snakes if I got one of the plug in Vicks vapor things. My sister has one and I do know it is really strong when its on so I was just wondering if it would be bad for them. Thanks ahead.

Are you thinking of putting one of the plugins in the same room as your snake? I know I use it with my children, and it is very strong. (but my snakes are in a seperate room) I wouldn't think it would be an issue, as there is no terrible chemicals in there but I'm really not sure about that either. If you can move your snake to a closet or something to lessen the exposure to the vapors, I think that would be a good idea.

I had one in the same room as the snakes, never had any problems thus far. Just be careful with those air sanitizers that hit the market recently (lysol, glade, etc)...those have some pretty strong chemicals in them that would probably be really irritating to them, if not worse....
