    is this a good idea

    im thinking about getting another ball and put it in with my other ball i have a 20 long right now and am going to get a 40 breeder in a little whil about a month my ball right now is only about 20 inches long is this a good idea

    Cannabilism aside... it's not good to keep two snakes together. If one would get sick, it's a for sure that the other will get sick as well. Then you'll have two vet bills instead of one.

    Also, if one gets sick, how are you going to tell if it's one or the other?

    BPs are not social creatures, either. They don't enjoy sharing a space together, and it could cause many problems: not eating, being stressed, getting ill.

    It's just not a good idea to house two of them together, no matter how much space you give them.

    you dont want to put two balls together. just get another 20 gallon to put the second one in and you'll be set for awhile.

    Agreed! How about a $8 rubbermaid with locking lid from Walmart? There is NO good reason to house BPs together. Do a search and you'll see why.
