Strange Cloaca Sign

Hello everyone,

I just got a new ball python this weekend, he is doing great and super chill.
I offer him a rat on his second day and he took it (Eating great for now), I am not sure when was his last shed because he has been here just a few days but he is acting normal, I am not a pro and got into the hobby a few months ago but I am a little concern about a little kind of red meat color coming out of it cloaca.

My question here is:
Is it normal? Is it just his hemipenis (He is a male)?
Or
I should be worried about it.
