well christmas just came early at my house.my 100% het pied male just arrived from exotics by nature!
he is 570 grams and was born march 31st of this year, so hopefully he will breed for me this season. i've got a nice 2700+ gram girl saved just for him.

one concern though, when he arrived he was ICE cold.i zapped him with my temp gun and his skin temp was 59 degrees! he was packed great with heat packs and everything but he must have been on the truck for a while or something. it's not even that cold here. he was sooo sluggish so i just held him in my lap for a while to warm him up (i felt like plopping him right into a 94 degree warm hide would be a shock to his system--don't know if it would but yeah) and make sure he was going to pick up, which he did but i'm still concerned. he is chilling now in his warm hide, but how worried should i be about an RI or any other negative results from being so cold for who knows how long? (sorry for the downer on a very happy post but i'm worried!)
