They are all nice animals, but it's your preference. I like the BRB's, but if you are already housing pythons you might want to stay with them. Bloods are cool snakes!

The thing about rainbow boas is they are VERY sensitive to temps (they can't be too warm!) I believe over 82 degrees can kill them. They also need really high humidity.

Bloods are awesome.. easily my favorite snakes. Snappy bratty babies, though!

I much prefer the look of ackies to blue tongues, though both are cool. Ackies eat a lot! Not so cheap to feed, though if you raise your own feeder roaches (I recommend lobster roaches) it's not too bad.

Other snake suggestions.. pretty much any corn, milk, king or other colubrids. Western hognoses are cool.. savu python.. sumatran short tail python (black blood), jungle carpet python.. hogg island boa, sand boa (kenyan or roughscaled)

More like watch that nose! My male was a real face eater for about a month after I got him.

Sumatran short tails are smaller than sumatran red bloods. Both are very cool.

Yellow ackies get a bit smaller, but I've heard that they can be more hyper too. Yellows are cheaper and (IMO) don't look as nice.

Re: what would be a good next reptile?

Okay i am 13 and i got my brazillian rainbow boa a month after my ball python and shes not much harder besides the high humidity requirments. She is great snake and has only bit me once the first tim i held her and she even lets me rub her neck and she seems to like it (i know she just like the heat)
I think brbs would be an excelent choice i mean they are so nice to look at as well.

I might aquire a sumatran short tailed python (black blood) which is the smalest of the blood pythons but still get very heavy.

I cant say much about lizards

ive heard that reds are more aggressive, is this true? i know i would be able to tame it down(right) so thats not probably a big problem. and i dont care how big they get as long as its under 3 feet.(that's my lizard limit for now).
