My ball Python have one single Shell with old shedd on question

Hello.

I have notice that on my ball pythons head he have one single sqhell that havent lost the shedd.
This is a very small shedd dot but i want to ask anyway if it’s anything that could harm him?
Have tried to brush it off with a toothbrush with water on a couple times over two weeks now.

If it's just one scale it'll be fine and come off next shed. As long as the scale isn't on the eye or tail tip your snake will be fine.
