One of my females is about to lay a clutch any day now. She is 30 days after prelay shed. I didn't expect her to go this year and in fact I stopped breeding her when I learned that my planned move out of state next spring would be moved up to this summer. Then she ovulated and I knew I had a problem.
In 3-4 weeks I will be moving. It is an 11 hour drive from where I am now and her eggs at that pint will be less than 1/2 way through incubation. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to best safeguard their travel? I'm confident that I can keep them at a safe temp for the drive, but I am concerned about the movement of the car damaging them.
Thanks in advance,
Mike.
