    Growth and weight gain question

So I'm still a noob to the BP world. I had reptiles in my teens but never a BP. I got my Mojave Male Dexter on 5/9/19. I weighed him in the bag when he arrived and he was 104g. Fast forward one month, he's eaten 4 times for me. Two live mice, and the last two meals he's taken frozen thawed mice ( was excited about the conversion lol). I just cleaned his enclosure, and put new substrate in (I have been spot cleaning as needed). Decided to weigh him since it's one month exactly since he's arrived. He weighed in at 161 grams for a difference of 57g. So my question is, is this normal growth weight/gain for a male? I know I'm probably being paranoid, but I want him to have the best life going that I can provide. So just curious. TIA for any info.

Side note. 3rd time in a row handled with no strike attempts. Even my 9 year old was comfortable enough to touch him today since he is mellowing out.
