What products are you talking about. Certain companies have better reliability with different products.

If you're referring to bulbs, then I don't like Zoo Med as I don't find they last as long as the Exo Terra ones that I use.

If you're asking about under tank heaters, I like Zoo Med, and find that Zilla ones often have issues in my experience. You just have to be more specific than naming a company.

I have a digital probe thermometer by them that I just bought and so far it is accurate, and I have had uths by them which I have used on a thermostat (herpstat/ dimming) for the better part of 5 years and they are all still working the same.

I tried their turtle external canister filter on my fishtank once, but that stopped working after months so I don't recommend those to anyone.

I use lots of Zoo Med products and I've had no issues with them so far and I've had my snake for 5 years. My local pet store is very limited for reptile supplies so I get what I can.

Amazon, better prices, but I would def support local mom and pop stores though.

I got most of my stuff from my moms store when she had one and I got wholesale prices, I really miss that. I get hides and perches and things like that online because it's cheaper, also my local pet store barely has anything for reptiles but for stuff like bulbs and heat pads I just go to the local store.

My local store is a big chain and for that reason they have stuff overpriced a bit. So I pretty much exclusively buy online.
