Re: Snake tree update
That is AWESOME! I'd love to have something like that for my snakes, especially the semi-arboreal critters. Great job!

That's hilarious about your "jumping BP" & his assumption that he's gonna fall into a deep pit... Great job!

This looks like so much fun! (Both for the snakes to climb, and for you to watch, haha.) I especially love the two-photo sequence of your BP slithering downward, eyeing the "bottomless pit," and U-turning back upward like "nope, never mind."

That's an amazing little gym you made for your snakes, they must be so happy to have that to climb around and have fun. The bottomless pit thing is cute and awesome, I never would of thought a black blanket would stop them. lol

Ah! What awesome enrichment. I would LOVE to make something like this one day!
About me: Recent graduate working at a research laboratory focusing on viral infection and protein folding. Keep many invertebrates, reptiles, and amphibians. Love getting and giving book recommendations. HUGE DnD and tabletop RPG nerd. Currently have one BP, a male YB Pastel het Clown, as well as about a dozen other species. Of note, Guacamole, my bearded dragon, is my ultimate scale-baby.

Well she figured it out! Oh well, it was cool while it lasted. At least she's getting good exercise, and I have proof that BP can indeed solve problems and remember things.
2 BP's, one ratsnake, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 small caged birds, 7 chickens, and a toddler in a pear tree
