Cage size for sub-adult boa (bci)

Today i just stumbled across a VERY big surprise in the form of a rescue. A 5ft 3 year old female Columbian Boa! Recieving her was a complete surprise and unplanned so i was not at all prepared! Right now i have an extra 4'L 2'W 1'H cage i could use. But my question is should I find a larger cage ASAP or will I be ok for the time being.

(I plan on upgrading to a 6' eventually regardless but I just want to know if the 4' will be O K for the next few months)
