Urates question, please
So, I think (know) my big guy is sick. Pretty sure it's a RI. Since we have had him my daughter said twice I hear him breathing. I sat and listened and I heard nothing. Ever. A couple days ago I heard it and keep hearing it. It's like a whistle/wheezing sound. We have an appt on the 27th for a check up. That being said he pooped and there were two urates. One white normal looking one and one yellow one. It was like a dingy bright yellow if that makes sense. Just wondering what your thoughts are on that? It's kind of worrisome.
TIA

Urates are sometimes yellowish, greenish or even bluish-grayish, & still perfectly normal. So don't worry about that. (only worry if you see red/orange)
Sounds like he has an RI starting up though...sorry.

No I'm serious lol. Would I turn the uth off and just keep the ambient in low 80s? Or keep the uth on and normal but only make my ambient low 80s.

Re: Urates question, please
Keep heater on and just make sure ambient is 80ish
I was pretty sure his housing temps were ok. As you know, as long as he is at proper temps thats all that can be done till dr visit.
