Hey everyone! I posted a month or so back after I moved my snake into a new tub with slightly-too-big holes, and she scratched her head up in a couple spots. I fixed the issue and everyone said the scuffs were no big deal and she’d shed them out. Well, she did shed them out and most of them disappeared with the exception of one spot; i figured it was just a bit more extensive and would take two sheds. However, it looks like it’s gotten worse somehow. I’ve attached some pictures; it also looks like there’s a spot on her back, so now I’m wondering if it’s perhaps something else? It’s not what would strike me as a “fungus” but it’s also my first snake so I’m not sure what I should be looking for. I also went to feed tonight and she struck a few times then went inside her hide without taking it (she’s normally a ferocious eater) so this made me want to look into the funky spots more. Let me know your opinion, and also if she needs a vet, how urgent is it? I have one both here and back home where I’ll be for the holiday soon but I’m afraid the hours might be weird due to thanksgiving. Thanks in advance!!
