Hey everybody! Need some advice on gargoyle geckos!

Some of you may know that I’ve been on this forum for about a year as a ball python owner. Recently I’ve uncovered a 10 gallon (12X10X?) and completely cleaned and sanitized it. That being said, I would like to possibly own another species, and I’ve been thinking about either an African Giant Millipede (A. gigas) OR MAYBE a gargoyle gecko? So here’s my question:

If I turn the 10 gallon on it’s side (making it vertical since they’re arboreal) and get a screen with a door, can I properly and humanely house a single adult gargoyle gecko?

If not, feel free to leave some other species suggestions that would work, whether they’re reptiles or not! I’m huge into exotics and I can look into each one to get the right fit. Thank you!!
