    Skinny??

Hey guys. So I’ve only had my BP for a week (and he’s eaten for me), but he seems a little underweight? This is my first snake so I’m really not sure, just thought I should ask. If better pics are needed just let me know!

Top down views would be better.

From these pics, I don't think he looks explicitly underweight but putting on more weight wouldn't hurt. How much does he weigh and what size prey are you feeding?

Okay, I’ll snap some tomorrow as I don’t want to pull him out again today . He weighs 119 grams and I am feeding him rat fuzzies.

Lean, could use more food, but not dangerously thin or anything.

No, not skinny. A few good meals will plump him right up in no time. BPs should have a slightly triangular shape to them, but he could use a bit of filling out.

Nothing to worry about though. He'll fill out for you.
