So I have completed my second feed the other day and went to the vet yesterday all was healthy no big warning signs or anything. He wanted a stool sample to make sure all the good parasites are there and all the bad ones aren't lol. My concern was I think I am losing the feces in my repti-bark(LOL) I do clean up underneath the hides every couple of days since I can't seem to spot the feces. But now that I need one for a test...

I honestly have no idea what I am asking here I read the sheet and it stated poop looks like poop(got that) The vet said the intestinal track and everything was fine he even double checked when I asked and was concerned and was very helpful and even provided multiple different sources of even more information on ball python care which was welcome.

So the actual question is the vet recommended a warm soak to try and encourage if this persists(How do I do this safely?)
I will comb over the enclosure with a flashlight and see if poor lighting led to me missing a detail.

One more question would be how often do they defecate? Also the vet did not want to probe unless I wanted to breed(Which I have to wait until she(supposedly the vet thinks female but stated he could be wrong) is mature enough she should be juvenile I don't know the typical weights but she turned out to be 220 grams.
