I have a 55 gallon glass tank with two ball pythons. I used to use Dried moss as the substrate and ran one humidifier and i kept the humidity around 60%. But lately i've grown more fond of the coconut bark because it looks nicer and it's easier to clean but it really took a toll on my humidity. I started misting the cage but that only made the humidity jump for a half hour or so. Now i have two humidifiers running on either side, i mist the cage, and i have a large shallow water dish sitting under my heat lamp, and i have the top of the cage taped off to keep the moisture in, but i barely have the humidity up to 60%. Is there anything i can do to bring it up to 65 or 70 that i haven't done yet? Or am i going to have to buy some more moss.. :\
Any feedback is much appreciated.
