    Recent feeding behavior

Pi has gone from worm to snake in the 6 months I've owned him. He's been a great eater. Every week 10% of body weight which has gone from 150g to 500g since I've owned him. The last couple of feeding sessions have been pretty aggressive. I feed him two adult mice a sitting. F/T. He's literally jumping out of the enclosure with his mouth open. He nearly nailed me tonight. Would anybody here recommend feeding more than 10-15% or going to 5 days? He poops weekly and has become extremely comfortable since moving in. I rarely handle other than to clean or weigh.

He's eating, gaining weight and appears to be a healthy snake. I wouldn't change a thing. Except maybe try to switch him to rats sometime fairly soon. Feeding a single prey item is cheaper, and just easier.

As craigafrechette said, I would try to up him to rats ASAP. It'll be more filling for your snake as well.
