    breeder

can anybody reccomend a ball breeder in Connecticut, I was first thinking about getting a ball from a pet store but quickly realized that i didnt want to get an overpriced unhealthy snake. also their cages were despicable, they had about 6 ball pythons in one 15 gallon tank with one waterbowl and one log to hide under. I don't want to support that kind of treatment, so please HELP ME FIND A BREEDER!!!!!

Talk to Adam Wysocki here in the forums, I think he is pretty near you.

    Re: breeder

Don't worry if the breeder is near you or not. I got my girl from a good breeder in Ohio, and she got here safe and sound, and very well-packaged. And I'm in Texas! If you research the breeder and know they are a good person, then I would trust them to pick out a gorgeous baby ball for you. I trusted the person I had researched for months, and I can definately attest that Amani is an extremely healthy, nonstop eating, fat, pretty Ball Python.

Why don't you look up NERD. I believe they are in New Hampshire. Or Adam Wysocki is in Maryland(I think?). You have a few good breeders right in your backyard! *is jealous* :-D

    Re: breeder

Probably a great decision to go the way of a breeder. NERD btw is New England Reptile Distributors and are excellent as it Adam Wysocki from 8BallPythons. As well you can go join Fauna and look in there BOI for good or bad comments about breeders. I can't remember the link but just look up Fauna BOI with google and it will take you there.

Best of luck! Let us know if we can help further!
