Using BP sheds

I’m curious what everyone else uses their BP sheds, if at all.
Here’s what I do with the ones that are intact enough to use.

I rehydrate them and use them as decorative bow backings. A little delicate but hold up fine with a good finish.

So what do you all use them for?

That's cool, I always felt like it was a waste throwing away a perfect shed.

I’ll rehydrate them in a tub with some damp paper towels and spray them with a little water and let them sit for 15-30 min and they will become pliable again like they just came off. I’ll ship up the belly with some scissors, I used tite bond 3 woodglue to glue them down. Then I’m using truoil for a finish over the top, but you can use whatever suits you.
