Re: A'Kashja and her new home...
Nice setup, little large for a hatchling but you do have alot of hides for her. I would kill the inside light or atleast only use it for cleaning the cage as it makes the T3s very bright.

Nice. RIP Aaliyah.
Where's the wardrobe malfunction when you want it, eh? (j/k)
Looks like you are gunning to go there! I bet you already have your temperatures where you need them too. Good job, man - it's always great to see folks planning ahead like that.

Thanks.
I know its a bit big, but I wanted to get the enclosure and get it out the way and not have to buy another. My wife didn't trust tubs so I need a lock up type enclosure. The light is for me only clean, etc. It won't be on her during the night. That was just so you could see the inside. My brother who is an electrician added a light switch to the back of the T3 so we can turn the light on/off without opening the cage. The light is more for me, not her.

Yup. Thanks to several folks here. Thanks to all. I've done tons of research so I'm know ready for the practical application! I spent quite a bit of time securing things to make sure she's well taken care of, she's only a normal but I spent nearly 1K on materials and stuff for her. But I don't regret it at all! Hopefully, one day she'll have a few friends of the morph kind!

It's true what they say, once you have one, you want more!!
Unfortunately you can do as much research as you possibly can before you get the girl, but there's still going to be a lot of trial and error. You'll catch on quickly though, tweak things as necessary, and in no time you'll have things down pat and be able to offer your own advice to those interested in the world of ball pythons. Good luck!
