    I'm probably just being paranoid

So, yesterday I noticed a couple darker looking areas under my bp's chin. Two look to be between the scales, and one is the tiny tip of it. Also, by the base of her head there seems to be a weird pattern on them. Thoughts? Nothing else seems off and I'm not sure if it's scale rot, if anything her humidity borders too low rather than too high typically. It's also totally possible that I just noticed these now after three weeks of owning her

Yup, paranoid. My piebald has eve more of those dark markings on her chin/neck area. The first time I noticed it, I was paranoid too. lol

Keep in mind how much snakes use their chin for climbing. Also, the scales are used for gripping during movement.
Now if humans had to grip everything with our fingernails imagine how common blemishes and dirt would be on our nails.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

This is what my girl's chin starts to look like as she gets closer to a shed. It darkens and wrinkles tend to stick around more.
