    Unhappy Possible URI?

She isn't wheezing or being lethargic, she JUST finished shedding. But she has opened her mouth, or yawned at least 3 times in the 20 minutes I was on a video chat with my wife. (I'm out of state.) She had a bad shed because the tank was a little low on humidity, which I plan on buying an automated humidifier/regulator. But reading online about yawning is scaring me into thinking she has an URI. I'm calling the vet tomorrow and having my wife take her, but in case I'm just over thinking or being way too worried, what other indicators hint to URI?

Not sure if URI is the same as RI, but one of the telltale signs of RI is mucus from the mouth and nose, or mucus bubbles when a snake breathes. You can check for mucus by keeping a snake's head still, then coaxing the mouth to open, then slipping something like a card in there to keep it open. Then you can freely inspect the mouth with relatively less risk. Of course, this is very stressful for the snake involved, so try not to do this for too long.

I meant a general RI, sorry about that.
But I don't see anything wrong with her really, she just keeps opening her mouth like that. It's just frightening lol.
