    Could this be from rubbing?

So I was doing general rack maintenance and I noticed my little Cinnamon Champagne has what appears to be a wound on the middle of her head. Could it be from rubbing? She has always been in a tub, but the rack is a few weeks old now, that’s really the only change. She’s eating fine, doesn’t seem to be overtly stressed or anything. When I open the tub she pokes her head out of whichever hide she’s in to see what’s up. Anyone have any experience with something similar? Should I just keep an eye on it and see if it gets any worse or goes away in her next shed, or does it look like something that needs expedient vet attention?
