Enclosure Recommendations
I currently have 2 ball pythons, a 1200g female and a 300g male. The female is in a 28qt and the male is in a 12qt. The female is very quickly outgrowing her tub and hide. I read that adult females are typically kept in 41qt tubs. Are there any specific dimensions or brands that work best? Some tubs I see have much more height. Also, can someone recommend me a hide that can fit adult females? Or do you typically stop using hides when they get big?

Re: Enclosure Recommendations
I use Sterilite tubs for my snakes, I like them and they're pretty easy to find. They make a 41qt that should work for a female BP, I wouldn't worry too much about height for BPs. As for hides, Reptile Basics makes good hide boxes that should work.

Re: Enclosure Recommendations
41 quart is fine for subadults, but keeping an adult female that could get 2000+ grams, it is too small.
I opted for a HOMZ 56 quart underbed storage tub. 30”x24” floor plan.
An adult female can easily get 54”, and it is generally recommended to get an enclosure with the length and width sides, at least as long as the snake.

Re: Enclosure Recommendations
I made my own hides out of plastic storage containers, bigger ones for bigger snakes, littler ones for little snakrs.
