Ball python wheezing after eating
So, 3 weeks ago right after I fed my ball python I noticed he was wheezing with every breath. It instantly worried me so I raised the temps in his tank a few degrees higher. When I checked on him the next day he was perfectly fine! He was also fine for the rest of the week with no wheezing so I assumed the heat helped. A week goes by and I feed him again. Right after feeding, he starts wheezing! So I raise the temps even higher than before and I also put a space heater in my room so it's extra hot. The next week goes by and he's perfectly fine! No wheezing, no breathing issued at all. So today I had him out for about 40 minutes and the whole time he was out with me he was perfectly fine and breathing great and exploring. I feed him...and HE STARTS WHEEZING!! So for 3 weeks now he's been wheezing and having trouble breathing ONLY AFTER EATING. Is this normal??
More info: He has no other signs of illness. No mucus, bubbles, or mouth opening. He always eats and he just seems like a normal healthy snake. Until he eats and can't breath right! Any idea why this is happening?

When exactly does the wheezing start/stop? Is it only during a very specific point in the swallowing process? Maybe something is out of harmony between the esophagus/trachea. I've never had this happen so just spitballin here.

It starts as soon as he finishes swallowing and I'm not sure exactly when it stop, but I know that by the next day he's fine.

Maybe there's a foreign object that's getting irritated when he's swallowing? Whatever it is, probably a good idea to get him checked out by a qualified snake vet since it doesn't seem to be mending itself.
