Whats the better Thermastat

Which of the 2 67$ thermastats that MGR Reptiles has on sale is better. I was looking at the Johnson but I dont know whats better. I want to order tonight and I haven't seen him on.

My personal fav is the JC unit.. They have a LED light that will let you know if the heat is on or off and they are in a small footprint.. Both of those do exactly the same thing.. Both handle 1500 watts and both are analog...

i use both and i favor the johnsons too! it has a few more options for the same cost. nothing wrong with the ranco though. if this is for a rack i'd go proportional.

I actually use the Ranco and JC ...
Both purchased from MgReptiles...
Both have been working excellently for months now.
Can't really favor either since both have been doing their job perfectly.

The choice between them isn't difficult, since the basically do the same exact job, perfectly might I add.

It really depends on which he favors more, the smaller JC model with the LED, or the slightly bigger easier to find Ranco.

Anyways, long story short ...
He'll be happy with either one ...
Both are excellent thermostats ...
