Good news(better temps)

I finally found what I've needed for my low cool end temp. I placed a 12"x11" peice of flexwatt on my cool end with a dimmer and dialed it in to 81. I also balled up some newspaper and put it in the cage to help my little girl feel secure. Is it normal for her to sit in the cool hide all day (although she may move around with out me seeing it) Shes not very active but Im guessing that the new temps will help with it. Should I try to feed her on Wednesday. It would of been a week since I got her by then.

Just one man's opinion but I would say give her a little bit more time, maybe four or five more days with the adjusted temps before you try to feed her.

i know a lot of guys wait a while b4 offering food, but i offered my BP a mouse the second day i had her. i offered thinking that if she ate it, well that was good but if she didnt, i wasnt going to push the issue and not worry about it. she ate and has been ever sense. now thats not saying that yours will eat. i also used the paperball trick, and my BP still prefers her cool hide to her hot even after 3 months. just remember all Bps are different.

I'd leave her to get use to her new place before I attempted to feed her.
Once a week passes, I'd give it a go.
