    Scale rot???

I checked on my ball python today and I always make sure I give her the complete once over and I noticed on her belly that she had a few flaky scales and a bit of redness around them. Two small areas.. could this be the beginning of scale rot?

We were warned by the vet when we got her that she may develop it because she has been through some trauma, burns on her body and had a severe case of mites. The burn is completely healed and she has been mite clear for over 45 days now.

Her temps and humidity are great, 90 in the hot end, 76 in the cool and humidity between 55% and 65%.

We changed her substrate from aspen to coconut husk 3 weeks ago after a complete deep clean because we were having problems with humidity.

She is eating fine still, doesn’t appear stressed and is in her hides most of the time during the day.

We have had her since the beginning of October and she hasn’t had a shed yet with us, she had apparently had one just before we got her but I don’t trust the reptile place we got her from (They’ve also recently been closed down thankfully because of the state of their snakes, we put a complaint in and I wanted to go and buy every one in the shop to reduce them)

Any help and advise would be gratefully received.
