Enclosure feedback + Question about keeping humidity up

Hi everyone - we are new to snake keeping, so be gentle. Here's the rundown - any feedback is greatly appreciated!

There's an under-tank heater with the t-stat set to 89* - probe is inside the hot hide.
The ceramic heat emitter is set to 90*
The ambient reads mid-80* with a humidity of ~44% - How can I get this higher? I mist often, there's Sphagnum moss inside the hot hide.
The cool side reads mid-70* - the wet hide, or the middle below the tree branch is where she likes to lay

The tank is a 40gal - I had the vent cutouts covered.

Let me know if you need anymore information! Thank you for the guidance!
