Hello all!
I've had my red eyed croc skink for about 2 months now. I'm assuming he's in shed because he's been eating a lot less lately, he eats from tweezers, so I keep up with how much he's eating! I know this is shy species but mine has actually always been out and about exploring & climbing since I've got him until the past week or so, and he's now shedding! After seeing pictures of a shedding croc skink, I realized he's actually been in the process of "shedding" for about 2 weeks or so, but the past few days he's been shedded a bit more! I'm wondering if its normal to take this long for a croc skink to shed, or if he's having trouble? I have a reptifogger in his tank, so humidity stays up to 80% most of the time, and sometimes will drop to 50-60% at night time. He also has a large soaking area he can get in, which I hear should also aid in shedding.
Thank you in advanced for any advice/info you can give!
