YAY! het albino female finally arrived!

Finally got my 100% het albino female today. The breeder had been keeping the hatchlings untill they had all eaten a few meals. I just recieved my girl and briefly checked her out and she looks good! Now lets hope in a couple years this will have been a good investment

I felt that way about a month ago when I picked up my first albino! It's thrilling, isn't it? Then, every time you feed them you get more excited cuz that's one feeding closer to breeding size, lol. I love this stuff

yes definately exciting, since I could never justify spending thousands on an albino (nor would my wife be to pleased if I did) my foremost goal is to produce my own personal albino that I will keep. Anything after that is a bonus!

I would love to buy an albino myself someday but will likely go the het route as well. In a way though, it's sort of thrilling to think of the day that an albino you actually bred from your hets pips out of it's egg. Even more satisfying then spending the cash to buy the morph outright, though a longer route to it.

Wouldn't it be nice to win a lottery and buy all the morphs we all have ever wanted...ahhhhh...dreams!

EXACTLY! I think the personal reward will be worth more than the cost of an outright albino to me.

She is settling quite nicely, its only been a few days since I got her settled into her tub and I havent been bothering her. She has stayed in her hide quite a bit but if I poke in late at night or first thing in the morning I will see her out and about. I can't wait untill her first feeding with me and as said above...one closer feeding to adult hood
