Ball Python not eating and being irritable

I'm noticing that my Ball Python is not eating at all. I tried feeding before and after a recent shed, and yet nothing. The temp on her warm side is about 93 degrees Fairenheit, and her cool side is usually a steady 79 to 80. Her humidity hovers around 60%, and she has access to water. I also noticed that in my attempt to handle her, she hissed and tensed up, so now I am somewhat afraid. She is usually a garbage disposal, so this is baffling. I am feeding her rats, which she has been eating for months now, and she has always been a little sweetheart. It is early November where I live, could this be a seasonal thing? Any input would help. Thanks in advance.

Seasonal thing, if she was eating fine and then wants to be left alone and not eat.... normal. I have dealt with this several times, and at first I was worried, but now I don't even care. My adult male fast for exactly 7 weeks very year. He is currently on his third yearly fast, and on week 4, and I am not even going to offer for 3 more weeks. he is big and healthy.

Ok, thanks, I was worried. Out of curiosity though, if the eating is seasonal, what about her sudden attitude? She was always so timid and calm, but all the sudden she became a little dragon.

If the temperatures inside the enclosure are correct and if her enclosure has everything in it she needs and there's nothing causing her stress then it's more than likely what godzilla78 said

Not sure, has anything changed? Are you sure that temperatures and humidity are ok? Since the colder seasons and extra heating season came, my humidity went WAY DOWN! I actually just set up a humidifier in the snake room as the substrate was drying out daily.

I have a thermometer set up and a humidity gauge full time, and I try to maintain each at a reasonable level. I occasionally get a hot towel to put on top of the terrarium, and a mist it up every now and then.
