    Ap cage lock

I wanted to know if any of you have had trouble with the actual lock on the ap cages?
Today I feed and my lock fell apart some how and fell from the key or something. I noticed this when I tried to put the lock back on the cage. The actual lock stays in place but you can pull it out with your fingers not using the key!.

What can I do in the mean time to make sure my cage stays locked, until I can get a replacement lock mechanism from Ali? Any help is appreciated.

Never had problems with my AP locks. Now the LED lights....I've had to replace all of them so far except my T25 ones lol.

As for a makeshift lock, you can use a coat hanger and bend it into a modified "S" shape to keep the 2 doors from opening. Can also just go to the hardware store and buy some dowel rod skinny enough to sit in the tracks and then cut them to size.

Yea the locks stays in place as long as no one physically try to pull it out. I emailed Ali to see if she can send me another lock.. it never did this. I can actually pull the lock apart now as if somethiing broke off it. Before it stays in place as a whole locking unit
