Video no but a good read for beginner yes

There are a lot of ways to go about breeding, lot of experimentations you can do, it's really about finding what works for YOU and YOUR animals but that tutorial is a good start for anyone's first season.

Do you believe it maybe possible to get 900 grams female to wait by next breeding season 2018.

If everything goes as planned absolutely, problem is sometime it does not, it will depends if she stop eating or not and some will when they hit 1000 grams (it's called the wall) and some will never turn down a meal.
It's not something you can predict, while I have several 2016 females in their 700 grams I also have some in the the 1200, 1300, 1500 and one that is 1800 grams.
Feeding and genetics play a big role and off course breeding is a combination of weight, age and proportions.
