When I was just feeding my ball python, Freya, she got a lot of loose coconut substrate stuck the pinky rat before she swallowed it, and now there's some stuck in her mouth along her teeth. I'm feeding her live, because she refuses to eat f/t, and after constricting it, while trying to swallow it, she swung it around right into the water dish, then back into the substrate multiple times, coating it with a good layer of the stuff. I wasn't sure if I should do anything about it, but now she has finished swallowing it, and is facing/extending upwards, moving her jaw open and closed.
she dirtied her water dish pretty badly, so I cleaned it out and added fresh water to see if it would help her clean it out.
will she be okay or do I need to do something to help her?
