BP had her first shed & I had no idea
No eye caps were visible on her, and since I've had her barely 4 weeks I haven't gotten used to her coloring enough to notice duller shades. She shed quite nicely though, a full skin with just a few pieces scattered around and still has skin left on her tail; additionally, I located her shed eye caps as well.
Has anyone had a BP that was in shed and had completely clear eyes? Should I be concerned?

You probably checked when they were very close to shedding. Mine always has clear eyes one to two days before shedding, and his colors are back to normal during that time.

I have handled her on a daily basis since I brought her home 3wks ago; I never noticed the eye caps once. Granted, when I do handle her, it's usually at night and in low lighting, but there have been times where she's been in enough light that I would have recognized her eye caps in the past week.

I've got a couple snakes (not BPs) that are stealth shedders - I swear they almost never show the foggy eyes/dull coloration/pink belly. My spotted python is the worst, I've given up and just accept finding the shed in her enclosure.
The only thing I'd check is the stuck shed on you girl's tail - if its just an odd patch you can leave it, but if its the whole tail tip you want to make sure she gets it off so it doesn't cut off blood flow - a damp paper towel will probably do the trick.
