    Temperature and Humidity issues

I'm about to have my first ball python

I live in an area where it is very humid (about 64 to 70 percent) and the temperature is 30C. I have a 24” x 18” x 12” Exo terra tank with one of those Exo terra digital combometer and the temperature is currently 32.1C and the humidity is 82 percent on the cool side! I also installed a cooler used for aquariums in hopes of lowering the temperature. I have no idea whether the digital combometer is spoiled (I just got it today) or the tank is too hot and humid. How do I fix this issue?
