    Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks and how much I appreciate this forum. I have spent months reading this forum and learning all about how to set up my enclosure and getting it dialed in as well as what to do the first week of owning my new Ball Python. Because of what I have learned here my first week and a half with my new Ball has been completely stress free. It did suck waiting to handle him but I let him be for 5 days adjusting to the tub and then fed him on the 5th day. He ate frozen thawed without issue. I have also been keeping handling sessions to a minimum a few times a day for 2-3min and they have gone great. Especially since he is only 5-6 months old.

So thanks to everyone that takes the time to answer questions and give their advice. It really has made owning my new Ball very enjoyable!

Glad you're here and glad your first week and a half has been a success.
Props to you for doing your homework and getting everything ready prior to bringing your new snake home. Stick around, apply what you learn and you should be in great shape to enjoy your snake (or should I say SNAKES???) for many years to come.
Good luck, you're in the right place when/if you have questions

Most of us do. I have five now, and a few more in mind when the time is right.
I like to say snakes are like tattoos, I don't know many people who have just one!
