    Just about ready

Hey great news. I am back from vacation and I have almost finished painting and preping my room for a 55 gallon fish tank and a snake! Although the fish tank is coming first. I can also start to set up for my new snake. I am still really torn between a ball and a california King I will make up my mind though. what I am going to do is buy a cage for an adult and put a divider in there so when it gets bigger I just move the divider to make the cage bigger. but anyway don't know how to word this so here it goes. When you all first started out keeping snakes was there anything you wish you would have known (like something that surprised you that you could have prepared for had someone told you) before you started. Or is there something that care sheets don't tell you that could be or is important? I do apologize I know what I want to say but cant put it in words. Or maybe the caresheets are complete and There won't be any need to respond to this post. But post anyway. umm...I maybe if I had gotten more than 2 hours of sleep it would make more sense.
    Thank you for responses

    Re: Just about ready

Joanna has already helped you!! She posted a series of questions on "Why did you get your first ball python?" and also asked what would people have done differently. The link to that thread is http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...hlight=breeder

A fair number of people responded so it should give you some good ideas for changes to make to setups, what to have ready in advance and even where to go to purchase your new little one! Hope it helps!
