Female refused food but no ovulation

My female refused a live rat for the first time since I had her, but I don't think she's ovulated yet. She has been hanging out on the cool side for the past couple weeks though. I can't tell if she's building either. But she just finished locking with the male about 3 days ago.

Is this a good or bad sign? Should she already be refusing food now?

It's not uncommon for some to go off feed as much as 4 to 6 weeks before ovulating. Being on the cool side is a good sign. Has she started glowing yet? Most females will become dramatically brighter as they approach ovulation. I have had a normal female that was so bright she almost appeared to be a fire. But once they ovulate, their color quickly returns back to normal. Best of luck.

I see, wow 4~6 weeks prior? I really hope she takes another meal or two, because I feel like she's not thick enough. She doesn't look to be glowing yet, but maybe it's hard to tell with a lesser. Thanks for the reply!
