Looks pretty good! Are you going to offer any cave type hides?

Good for you for being prepared BEFORE bringing home your new snake! Unfortunately lately I've been seeing a trend of people not doing research or any kind of preparations before getting a snake.

Because you are prepared before the snake comes, you are less likely to have issues with temps/humidity and feeding. Be sure to post pictures when your baby comes

It is typical for people to not do research, not enough research, or not the right kind of research before getting a snake. I did a ton of research before getting my first snake and I still made all of the rookie mistakes. Finding this forum made all the difference!

You're completely right. I just get frustrated when people ask things like "why does my ball python hide all day??" when that's just the basic behavioral pattern of ball pythons. This forum is amazing! Every time that I would Google a question regarding BPs, this forum would come up. I never knew to cover 3/4 of the sides of the enclosure for hatchlings to feel more secure until a few months ago. Thanks to this forum, I have a cute bp that is thriving

Oh it is very frustrating, but I just have to remind myself that I was there once. There is no way for people to know any of this unless they research it or learn from another keeper. Not common knowledge at all.

The main thing that frustrates me is when a new keeper comes to the forum for help, and then won't take advice that doesn't confirm their own (wrong) opinion. They will only listen to what they want to hear, and that is unfortunate.

    Not the case here!!!

Nice setup, although the wait is going to be a bit painful. Oh well, it's much better to get yourself ready, as the others have said.

Congratulations anyway, you've picked a great community to share your adventure with.
