Frozen/thawed rat with bloody face and snapped arm

So, I had put a frozen rat from my freezer into my fridge last night to be fed today. However, when I took it out to do so, I noticed that its face had blood on it and one or its front kegs/arms has snapped. Do you think this rat would be okay to feed? Or should I take another out?

It'll be fine. The blood on the face happens sometimes with the CO2 method of euthanizing, though I'm not sure why.
