Amp rockstar mini fridge converting to incubator.

for some reason pics from this place won't post here. I saw someone else on here convert one of these into an incubator but pics won't post. Any advice would be appreciated. I am going to gut everything I don't need in it, seal any holes, put 11" flexwat on the bottom and up the back. Is a fan needed? I'll be stacking water bottles on the bottom to retain heat and putting in led lighting with a switch so I can see in. What am I missing?

that would make an awesome incubator! color changing LED lighting would look so cool in there! don't forget a thermostat and thermometer(s)!
