Its been almost a month since my Albino sustained this injury (I'm thinking a rat bit his head) the top of her head a lot brighter red and over time I thought it would heal, especially after a couple of sheds. Now it looks like she's going to have a permanent scare.
What do you guys this I should do from this point??

They do scar.. My Burm pushed nonstop with his head to open a wooden enclosure 15 years ago and the mark is still on his head. His color is back but it has that scar look. When they rip a scale off or get a actual flesh wound they scar just like we do..
The only thing to do is make sure it doesn't get infected. I used antibiotic ointment until it scabbed.

I agree with Mr Sully. When I used to feed live my BP got a few moderate wounds. The neosporin (w/o pain reliever!) did a good job.

Though that looks like a good sized wound, it will be just a little bit smaller when your snake becomes an adult.
